Generators in this town are like lawn mowers or microwaves...just part of what you have in your house or garage...I have so much to learn about rural life!!!

I agree with you, Carol. What I love about Noir is the internal struggle of the characters, rather than the techno violence. I like flawed characters. You are right about the flick being in B&W. Makes a really good movie. I've never been to NYC.

That's so cute!!! Do you have a pic uploaded? I think it is impossible for Apollo to hurt himself...he's made of muscle and rubber!!

I just read something about his method of acting on another site today...when he taught students, he refused to watch or let them continue if they weren't completely over the top with their drama...he insisted on it. I recommend you give Planet of the Apes a try...it's a good story, if a bit cheesy. And Heston's famous line, "It's a MAD HOUSE...A MAD HOUSE." comes from that movie.

It would seem Amazon is trying to become the next E-Bay...I really wish they would have just stuck with books. When they first started out they were completely devoted to the world of literature...now it's just commerce with them. If it didn't make me so angry, it would make me sad.
